He has been involved in many strategic and tax planning areas for his clients, including property ownership strategies, employee share ownership strategies, buying and selling of businesses and valuations, building family investment companies, raising venture capital or debt finance, group creation and restructure, personal tax planning, forecasting, high net worth individuals.

Andy has first-hand experience of being part of a successful start-up where the group is currently projected to achieve a £75m turnover for 2020. However, Andy is equally happy advising a small family business on any business advisory or tax matter and brings his experience to the table to help any business grow.
